What custom packaging products do you offer?
We provide rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, color corrugated boxes, mailer boxes, paper bags, seasonal gift packaging, cultural creative packaging, and brand IP packaging.
What is your MOQ?
Our general MOQ starts from 500 pieces. The exact MOQ may vary depending on box structure, material, printing process, and finishing requirements.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. Sampling is recommended before mass production, especially for new structures, premium finishes, and brand-specific packaging.
How is the sample fee charged?
Sample fee is quoted separately according to the product, structure, material, and process. For bulk orders below USD 1,500, 50% of the sample fee can be deducted from the mass production payment. For bulk orders of USD 3,000 or above, the sample fee can be fully deducted.
What information is needed for quotation?
Please provide product type, size, quantity, material preference, printing and finishing requirements, artwork status, and destination country.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, CDR, and PDF artwork files. Please provide editable vector files whenever possible for printing and dieline checking.
How long does production take?
During non-peak seasons, the factory lead time is usually 10-15 days for rigid gift boxes, and 7-9 days for paper bags or corrugated mailer boxes. These are ex-factory production cycles and do not include shipping time.
Do you support small-batch customization?
Yes. The factory supports proofing, small-batch customization, and larger production orders. Exact MOQ depends on structure, material, and process.
Do you provide design support?
Yes. HCH Packaging has a design-driven background and can support structure, visual adaptation, and packaging development based on your brand direction.
